Customer Service Associates
We are looking to fill fifteen (15) Part-Time Temporary Employees for the Call Center to start Monday, March 6, 2017.
When reviewing temp resumes to send to us, please note the following knowledge, skills, and experience criteria we are seeking for these temp positions.
- Call Center Experience
- PC literate
- Good verbal communications
- Problem solver and great listener
- Can handle multiple subjects (multi-task)
- Enjoys providing great customer service.
Training and Work Schedule
The part-time temps will need to complete a required training period (from 3/6 through 3/31). Training will be from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Once training is completed, the part-time temps will be scheduled to work mandatory Saturdays 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and three (3) days Monday through Friday for four (4) hours 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or 1:15 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. (CSA’s option). The part-time temp will have one day off (Tuesday through Friday) .
